Outsourced Accounting Manager Responsibilities

  • Teach and help our Associates grow.
  • Be a mentor to a couple of Associates to ensure they have a proper growth path within our firm
  • Create a high-touch, trusting relationship with your assigned clients.
  • Review and prepare monthly client financials along with an Associate.
  • Ensure all balance sheet account reconciliations are in order and be able to dig in and find problems when they’re not.
  • Explain variances to prior periods and budgets.
  • Update cash flow projections and ensure your clients understand their cash position and future.
