Job Description

Location: Marysville, OH. (At Industrial Ceramic Products a Division of Allied Mineral Products) Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 12am **Duties and Responsibilities** · Understand and operate basic machine functions · Operate automated and semiautomated equipment · Change materials and demold parts in fast paced production environment · Assemble and disassemble production dies and tools · Gauge production according to customer specifications · Detail/sand production parts for functionality · Load and unload production parts · Responsible for completing daily assignments to meet customer demands for production · Assists in the training of any new employees as needed · Assists in maintaining an orderly plant layout - cleans and organizes areas as necessary. Because job content may change from time to time, the Company reserves the right to add and/or delete tasks from this job at any time. **Qualifications** · Must be at least 18 years old. · Must have High school diploma, GED or equivalent. · Dependable and able to maintain the attendance required to perform the job. · Ability to read, write, comprehend and fully understand: SOPs, SDSs, labeling, safety and health regulations, and procedures within the job, this job group and the plant. · Ability to understand basic mathematics skills (i.e. adding and subtracting) · Ability to identify defective production parts · Ability to operate and read a scale · Ability to read a tape measure **Working Environment** · Environment can be dusty and dirty. · Work area is in a hot and/or cold environment. · Required to wear respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes. **Physical Requirements** · Must be able to lift and carry 55 pounds occasionally · Must be able to qualify for and wear a respirator. · Prolonged periods working on feet and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping. · The job requires lifting, pulling, pushing, turning, stacking, standing, and operating a foot pedal. **Allied Mineral Products offers competitive wages, health, dental, STD, LTD, ESOP retirement plan and profit sharing.
