Manage warehouse operations (Sunday–Thursday)
Inventory control, planning, and resource allocation (labor, time, materials)
Inventory management (FIFO, cycle counts, box counting)
Regular work in cooler and freezer environments
Order selecting using scanners
Load and unload trailers
Operate stand-up forklift and electric pallet jacks
Train, manage, and motivate warehouse staff
Maintain equipment maintenance records
Meet deadlines and work under pressure
Draft professional emails and company documents
Assist with procedures and disciplinary documentation
Communicate professionally (verbal & electronic)
Cold storage (cooler & freezer)
Physical warehouse setting
Hands-on leadership role

5+ years warehouse operations experience(required)
Food industry experience (preferred)
Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
Cold storage experience (preferred)
Forklift certified (stand-up + electric rider pallet jack)
Strong leadership and training ability
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong math skills (accurate box counting)
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Self-starter, quick learner, motivate
