The Music Director is responsible for overseeing, leading, and developing all aspects of the musical direction. This role involves curating and executing original worship sets, building unique sounds, songwriting, producing demos, and programming full worship experiences using Ableton. The Music Director will also handle recruitment, scheduling, and payments for musicians while ensuring excellence in weekend services, Tier 1 events, conferences, and major church celebrations such as Easter and Christmas. This is NOT a worship leader position, but will work closely with those positions.
