The Master Production Scheduler drives results in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the generation, maintenance, analysis, and verification of the site's manufacturing asset production schedule while ensuring manufacturing readiness. This role is accountable for aligning with Quality compliance, process requirements, timelines, and revenue commitments, including asset availability, to maximize efficiency and utilization. The Master Scheduler is responsible for designing, maintaining, and reporting key performance metrics (KPIs) for scheduling, execution, and capacity and coordinating associated readiness activities. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, this position fosters information exchange across sites and global functions to manage KPIs, report outputs, and resolve issues promptly. The role demands superior leadership behaviors and a strong focus on ensuring manufacturing readiness throughout all stages of production planning.
