Marketing Brand Manager – Specialty Brands

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the strategy, positioning, and activation of a portfolio of specialty brands This role will ensure brand relevance, consistency, and impact across global markets and the entire value chain—from trade partners to end consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all markets and channels.
Oversee brand health tracking, research, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Create and maintain brand toolkits, ensuring consistent usage across internal teams and partners.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and commercial teams to embed brand strategy across all functions.
Lead development of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
Execute brand activations, events, and partnerships to enhance visibility and engagement.
Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of brand management experience in B2B or B2C industries such as apparel, fashion, or CPG.
Strong strategic, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across regions and functions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Experience in brand measurement, content marketing, and media planning.
