Manufacturing Assembly Operator – Foam & Molding Lines
Location: Rockford, TN
Compensation: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, multiple shifts available

Open Shifts

1st: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd (Assembly): Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
2nd (Molding): Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd (Molding): Sun night – Thu night, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Immediate hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

What You’ll Do

Assemble components using hand and power tools; adjust and align parts as required.
Place foam pieces onto components accurately per work instructions.
Perform quality checks on parts and finished products to meet company standards.
Thrive in a repetitive production setting while maintaining high efficiency.
Keep your area orderly and follow all safety procedures.
Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or equipment issues promptly.
Contribute ideas to enhance processes and increase efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Basic reading, math, and reasoning skills.
Clear communication—both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and adhere to schedules.

You should be proficient in:

Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
