You will directly work with key client stakeholders to define the business problems, analysis requirements, and determine solution requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring business value and communicating results, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Understand high-level business objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the business
• Should be able to talk with the business on scope changes/timelines effectively.
• Effectively and clearly articulate requirements to the team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Discuss key business objectives with stakeholders, understand how business users and customer data is collected, and suggest appropriate data collection methods.
• Work with business executives to understand business constraints that impact data science or machine learning models.
• Examine sample data and prepare a preliminary solution proposal document to present to clients.
• Extract, transform, and organize data into datasets.
• Lead data collection, validation, and analysis activities including risk, spend, commodity, and supplier information.
• Work with various technologies such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL Server.

Requirements

• 8 to 11 years of work experience in the space of Business Analysis/Data Analysis. Should be able to work independently with client business and analytics stakeholders.
• Experience in working with CPG data sets with project management skills.
• Strong experience in operations reporting, and writing queries (SQL) to identify breaks in reporting
• Ability to understand client’s business problems, working as part of a global team and perform project-related studies and analysis.
• A strong aptitude for story telling through the analysis of data.
• Strong CPG/FMCG domain experience
• Hands-on analytical experience with a proven track record of results.
• Experience on Data Analysis to identify which customer got impacted, how to remediate
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action; excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues & mitigate risks
• Experienced performing ad-hoc analysis on card portfolios, identifying revolvers, transactors, and analyzing operational impact on them. 
• Bachelor's or higher in data analytics or equivalent work experience.
