We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community in Albuquerque, NM. We’re offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. HVAC and Pool Certification is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Great customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a residential community (Preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays, etc., and response to emergency calls.
• HVAC and Pool Certification is a Plus (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and building - Vendor scheduling and monitoring.
• Maintenance of common areas, maintaining Work Order database.
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management, scheduling annual roof, storm drains, elevator, and fire safety inspections.
