**Facilities Maintenance - Job Description:** + Lift and move items up to 50 lbs. + Relocate and arrange furnishings as needed + Use basic hand tools without supervision + Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks + Work semi-independently on day and/or swing shift + Bend, stoop, and reach as required by tasks + Follow written and verbal instructions accurately + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors + Demonstrate strong safety awareness and safe work practices + Availability to work some weekends, if needed **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
