Job Description

Newbury Residential is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at our newest acquisition in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Position Description:

• Work with vendors and contractors to complete construction projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Ensure the construction occurs according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, engineers and city and county officials
• Schedule a perform routine maintenance and preventative work orders
• Communicate clearly with residents, employees, and contractors
• Maintain weekly agendas and progress updates
• Apartment renovations and turns

Position Requirements:

• Multi-family maintenance experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to perform in an environment that requires multi-tasking
• Experience with HVAC systems
• Strong negotiation skills

Necessary Special Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Computer proficiency
• Provide own tools
• Must be available for emergency on-call work orders

• Hot Springs, AR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
