Job Description

LRAssociates, LLC is seeking a full-time Mailroom Clerk to support our government customer in Suffolk, VA. The candidate shall assist in supporting the basic infrastructure and logistics requirements of Agency to enhance effectiveness and efficiency to staff operations. The ideal candidate will be experience in providing excellent mailroom skills along with administrative skills to support organization.

Additional Duties:

Provide high quality customer service to our onsite operation by scanning/delivering/tracking/reporting in and outgoing business packages and mail (via UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc)

Assisting the onsite personnel in retrieving their packages and providing records management in person, by email, by phone, or similar methods.

Oversee the onsite business center, which may include: office supply stocking, assisting with copy/print orders, conference room setup up, pantry inventory, light facilities, or serving as a backup to receptionist.
