What you'll do:

Be a Tech Team Leader: Supervise a team of technicians, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring everyone feels supported.
Become a Monitor Tech Pro: Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms, document vitals, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Respond Quickly and Calmly: Identify changes in patients' heart rhythms and notify nurses promptly.
Be a Patient Advocate: Provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients, keeping a watchful eye and offering assistance when needed.
Embrace New Challenges: Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and protocols, continuously improving your skills.
Share Your Knowledge: Train new staff and help them excel in their roles.
