YOU:

Happy, bright personality who truly enjoys the hospitality business
3-5 years of kitchen experience (cook, lead line cook, sous chef, etc..). 

Organized, articulate & able to maintain a calm demeanor under stressful situations. Neat, punctual & shares our goals of local, organic, sustainable

food system practices. Culinary graduate, familiar with whole animal butchery is a plus.

We are educators in the community on making a positive influence on how food is produced, sold, prepared, and enjoyed. Our bar program includes house-infused organic spirits and twelve taps . . . and we operate our own craft brewery featuring certified organic beer (Greenstar Brewing).
