Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all project phases, from conceptual design to construction administration.
• Create detailed construction documents and technical drawings that meet high-quality standards.

• Conduct thorough site analysis, grading, and planting design, integrating sustainable practices throughout.
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure timely and excellent completion.
• Assist in preparing presentations, renderings, and persuasive project proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 3–10+ years of professional experience, with positions available at various levels.
• Licensure (RLA) in New York State preferred, or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
• Solid experience with construction documents, site detailing, and planting design.
• Strong creative and technical skills to innovate effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
