Job Title: Kronos Consultant

As part of the project assist in all testing in both UAT parallel and any other additional testing. In addition assist in day to day operations within the module. This position will assist the lead Matt Farnsworth in creating and enforcing systembased policies specific to Kronos (WFC & UKG Pro). This helps to ensure consistent and effective Kronos usage across the enterprise. In collaboration with the lead this position will meet with business owners to review current requirements and gather additional input for enhancements and issues (bugs). This keeps the system updated and tailored to evolving business needs enhancing efficiency. This position helps to develop document and submit requests for system changes and enhancements. This helps to provide structured updates ensuring traceability in project and system improvements. This position helps to manage and design configurations (e.g. MKDs hyperfinds) in support of WFC and the upcoming UKG Pro. This is important to ensure accurate data handling and views which is vital for operational efficiency.
