About Steelwrist:

The Role:
As a Junior Support Technician , you’ll be an important part of our North American team, helping customers and dealerships with technical support. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop hands-on skills in the construction machinery sector. No extensive experience is required—just a passion for technology and a willingness to learn!

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide basic technical support via phone and email, assisting with troubleshooting and product questions
  • Work alongside our experienced team to learn about Steelwrist’s advanced products and systems
  • Assist with daily operations, spare parts, warranty administration and quality improvements
  • Organize your daily tasks, stay connected with the team, and help ensure smooth customer operations
  • Occasionally travel, including an introduction trip to our headquarters in Sweden for training

What You Bring:

  • Strong interest in technology and machinery
  • Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn new technical skills and adapt to different situations
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to stay organized and work under your own initiative
  • No previous experience required, but any background in technical support, construction, or machinery is a plus
