About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with a strong foundation in system administration, cloud platforms, and identity management solutions. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent client-facing soft skills to support our organization's IT infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Apple iOS, Microsoft, and Google environments
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control via Okta
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain IT systems and networks
  • Implement security measures and best practices
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
  • Document IT processes and maintain system configuration records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT initiatives
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding IT processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of systems administration experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Apple iOS deployment and management
  • Experience with Microsoft administration (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Hands-on experience with Okta identity management
  • Strong foundational IT skills including networking and security concepts
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • DevOps knowledge and experience
  • Automation and scripting capabilities
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
  • Experience in a client-facing IT role
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks
