Your New Job
The Position: Data, business, Operations Analyst Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the VP of Strategic Operations with improving the overall visibility to the performance of our 1 Congruex business. This includes helping mine and extract data from our systems Site Tracker, D365, & our Datalake and using it to tell a story to help improve our operational performance.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to): - Assisting VP of Strategic Ops in achieving & tracking key initiatives
- Utilize - Database mining / extraction, analysis / reporting (Power BI) to improve visibility & performance
- Proficient in XL (basic functions, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Team oriented - support Operations leadership team in achieving day to day objectives of a $600M+ Telecom Construction Services Business
- Results oriented candidate with a get it done and collaborative mindset
- Good listener & communicator (our field teams are remote so phone, email, text abilities are key)
- Open to learning a lot about multiple facets of Telecom and Construction business and operations
- XL, PowerPoint, Power BI basic database input/analysis/mining/extraction skillsets
- Finance, Telecom, Construction, SQL related experience not required, but helpful
Desired Skills & Qualifications: Data/Math/Statistics, Business, Engineering degree candidate or related experience preferred
