Job Description Advanced Package Modeling and Pathfinding Intern at Micron, As an Advanced Package TD Process Integration Intern at Micron, you will work with experienced engineers to understand how we define technology requirements, build program plans, and secure resources to drive process technology development programs. You will help develop sophisticated interconnect technology solutions. Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to: Line Monitoring Use Micron Labs for conducting experimental Thermal characterization work and documenting outcomes Analysis of results from experiments and providing clear and practical recommendations Leading problem-solving activities Define and implement Design of Experiment (DoE) Communications - same site and site-to-site Present to others Qualifications and Skills Excellent data extraction, analysis and reporting skills.
