Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer in the Kenly area who is hiring an Injection Molding Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 1st shift Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Install, secure, and adjust injection molds according to production schedules.
• Inspect molds before installation and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Set machine parameters, including pressure, temperature, and cycle times.
• Notify the Shift Supervisor when the machine is ready for operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve setup issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with injection molding or similar technical roles preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
