Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in Peachtree City that is looking to add an HRIS Analyst to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HR systems and data, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and systems optimization. Key Responsibilities: -HR Systems Support: Manage, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance HRIS modules and functions across the organization, ensuring streamlined operations and efficiency. -Systems Configuration: Configure and optimize HR systems to meet business requirements and enhance user experience, ensuring alignment with workflow processes. -Data Integration: Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement data integrations between HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. -Data Auditing: Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy across the systems while maintaining compliance and data integrity. -HRIS Training: Conduct training sessions for HRIS users, addressing technical questions and empowering team members to utilize systems effectively. -Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports from HRIS platforms to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders. Requirements - Proven experience with UKG Time & Attendance and UKG Workforce Management required, ADP WFN a plus - Proficiency in system configuration, data auditing, and ad hoc reporting. - Strong understanding of HRIS implementation and conversion processes. - Familiarity with data integration methods and best practices. - Ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful reports. - Experience working with unionized environments is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to facilitate training and collaboration with stakeholders.
