Job Description

Description HRIS Analyst A client of ours is looking for an HRIS Analyst for a contract role to support critical HR technology initiatives during a designated coverage period. This role will play an integral part in preparing for and implementing Workday Recruiting (go-live scheduled for February 2025), providing post-go-live stabilization, and maintaining continuity across key HRIS functions. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can contribute quickly with minimal ramp-up time. Responsibilities of HRIS Analyst + Support preparation, testing, validation, and user readiness activities for the Workday Recruiting implementation. + Provide post-go-live stabilization, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and support user adoption. + Maintain day-to-day HRIS operations across Workday and associated HR systems to ensure business continuity. + Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS support tickets (Tier 1 & Tier 2 support), resolving issues and escalating when needed. + Support annual and recurring HR processes including compensation cycles, benefits administration, and compliance reporting. + Assist with data migration, integration troubleshooting, and ongoing data integrity audits. + Process configuration changes, security updates, and system enhancements as needed. + Prepare documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials to ensure seamless transition at contract completion. + Participate in project and operational meetings, providing updates and ensuring assigned deliverables are met. + Support month-end and periodic reporting requirements. Requirements Skills/Qualifications of HRIS Analyst + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + 3+ years hands-on Workday experience (HCM required; Recruiting strongly preferred) + Demonstrated success supporting system implementations and/or post-go-live stabilization + Strong Microsoft Excel/data analysis skills + Excellent documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities + Highly self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently + Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills + Experience working in contract-based roles preferred + Previous leave coverage or transitional support experience + Workday Recruiting configuration experience + Familiarity with annual HR cycles and year-end processes + Experience with Jobvite Workday migration or similar implementation work + HR technology project coordination or project management exposure If you are interested in this or similar HRIS Analyst roles, please contact Bernadette Komatick at 484.254.9060 for further information and reference JO# 03710-0013332207 Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
