Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Vista, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in managing recruitment processes, supporting employee onboarding, and maintaining HR systems to ensure smooth operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the healthcare industry by helping build and support a high-performing workforce. Responsibilities: - Design and execute recruitment strategies, including job postings, candidate pre-screenings, and ensuring all candidates undergo background checks. - Process new employee information and maintain accurate records in relevant HR systems. - Prepare and generate reports to track recruitment metrics and workforce data. - Conduct employment verifications and ensure compliance with established protocols. - Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency. - Develop and deliver HR-related training programs tailored to organizational needs. - Create, analyze, and distribute surveys and reports to support HR decision-making. Requirements: - Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP, ATS, and ERP platforms. - Strong experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes. - Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment platforms like CareerBuilder. - Ability to manage benefit functions and support employee onboarding processes. - Demonstrated skill in cold calling and talent sourcing. - Exceptional organizational and communication skills. - Knowledge of HR policies, performance appraisal processes, and regulatory compliance. - Proven ability to collaborate across departments and handle sensitive employee matters.
