For which tasks (responsibilities)?

1. Development of HR Strategy and Key Metrics:
• Design and implement a long-term HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics (turnover rates, eNPS, engagement levels).
• Proactively manage HR-related risks (conflict resolution, talent retention strategies).
2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates.
• Monitor employee onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and engagement.
3. Coaching and Development:
• Conduct coaching sessions for specialists to develop both soft and hard skills.
• Work with leadership to enhance managerial competencies and build trust within teams.
• Plan and implement learning and development programs for both employees and managers.
4. Corporate Culture Management:
• Cultivate and reinforce a strong employer brand.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
5. Internal and External Communications:
• Develop internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Oversee external HR communications, including employer branding, awards, and PR campaigns.
6. HR Team Coordination:
• Manage a team of 3 HR professionals (recruiters, HR administrators, HR People Partners).
• Facilitate collaboration across departments and support team development.
7. HR Analytics and Budget Management:
• Analyze and optimize the HR budget, including salaries, events, benefits, etc.
• Prepare analytical reports for the C-Level to support strategic decision-making.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Experience in coaching and developing employees and leadership.
- Proven ability to handle HR-related risks (conflict resolution, workforce planning).
- Practical knowledge of HRIS, Excel, and analytical tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- English - upper-intermediate level
