We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our front-of-house team as a Host/ Hostess.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
• Manage the waitlist and reservations using seating systems (e.g, Open Table or similar)
• Answer phones, book reservations, and assist with guest inquiries
• Monitor the dining room, coordinating with servers and management to maintain guest seating flow
• Estimate and communicate guests' wait times
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entry area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
