PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS :

  • Pediatrics
  • In-Home Patient Care
  • Feeding Tubes (G-Tubes/GJ-Tubes/NG-Tubes/PEG-Tubes)
  • Trach Care & Management (Trach Suctioning/Cannula Changes/Etc)
  • Home Ventilator Management (LTV Series/Trilogy/Newport HT)
  • Private Duty Nursing
  • Chronic Disease/Condition Management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Georgia Nursing License or Multi-State Compact License with ability to practice in Georgia (RN or LPN)
  • BLS CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Recent TB Skin Screen (within last 12 months) or Chest X-Ray (within last 5 years) confirming negative result
  • Ability to pass Local, State & Federal Background Check
  • Authorized to Work in the U.S.
  • Reliable Transportation

COMPENSATION, THE WAY WE PAY

The way we pay beats every other competing agency offering in the market today. We do this by setting a base wage, in line with the market standard based on licensure & credentials. Then, in the majority of instances, we are able to offer rate add-ons or differentials which are unique and specific to the inidividual assignment being offered. The idea is that the compensation for a patient assignment should be as unique and tailored as the care of the patient. Some compensation add-ons/differentials may include;
  • Shift Time/Day (NOC vs Day / Weekend vs Weekday)
  • Level-of-Care (GTube, Trach, Vent, Ped, Adult)
  • Insurance Type
  • Home Social Dynamic
  • Continuity of Care
  • Specialized Care Needs
