Harbor Audiology is currently seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) / Hearing Aid Specialist / Dispenser to join our growing team in Longview, WA .
We are a privately owned Audiology practice with multiple locations across Washington state. With over 25 years of trusted service, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and the latest in hearing technology to our patients.

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients ages 5 and up
Provide patient-centered care, education, and counseling
Fit and program hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM) and best practices
Take earmold impressions and manage follow-up care and adjustments
Advocate for the best hearing solutions tailored to each patient’s needs
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with referring physicians
Participate in community outreach events (health fairs, senior living events, etc.)
Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies
Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (or eligible for licensure in WA)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to delivering individualized, top-tier patient care
