Role Overview: The Health & Safety Officer is responsible for leading and overseeing workplace health, safety programs to ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and organisational policies. The role involves conducting risk assessments, managing incident investigations, developing safety procedures, training staff, and driving a proactive safety culture across Filoform, Geldermalsen.
