We’re seeking an exceptional leader with existing high-level connections in the US property industry to build a high-performing team and position WIZIO as the go-to PropTech solution in the US off-plan sector. This role is not a traditional employment opportunity but a true partnership , offering equity ownership and a performance-based compensation structure .

Key Requirements:

For the first 3 months , compensation is based entirely on high commission , with no salary or expenses covered during this trial period. This initial phase is designed to assess your ability to leverage your existing network and deliver immediate results.

Please note: We require a partner with strong pre-existing connections in the industry—such as relationships with Directors or Heads of Marketing at leading developers. Without these connections, this role may involve cold calling, which does not align with our strategic vision.

After a successful 3-month probationary period, you'll be eligible for a partnership vesting structure , directly tying your rewards to the long-term growth of WIZIO USA.

What You'll Do:

• Leverage your established network to secure partnerships with leading developers in the US.
• Champion WIZIO's PropTech solutions, negotiating deals and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Build and lead a dynamic team of real estate professionals across the US.
• Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the US market.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities in the off-plan sector.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the US real estate market.

You're the Ideal Candidate If You Have:

• Strong connections in the US real estate market , including relationships with Directors or Heads of Marketing at top development firms (essential).
• A deep understanding of the US real estate landscape with a proven track record of success .
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and contract negotiation skills.
• 5+ years of experience in the US real estate industry (essential).
