Job Description

General Production Assistants needed near Lake Mills! We are looking for individuals who are interested in a long term fit within a manufacturing company. Previous experience in production/manufacturing is strongly recommended for this role. Work is done in a dusty environment, respirators and other PPE may be provided. Facility is not climate controlled.

Pay: $18-20/hr BOE
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm (NO FRIDAYS OR WEEKENDS!)

Duties:

• Lift 50+ pounds
• Standing for extended periods
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and display overall dexterity
• Start, Prep and shut down, and maintenance equipment
• Clean and organize work stations

Skills and Requirements:

• Able to read manufacturing procedures and work orders
• Team player
• Self-motivated
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Always adhere to PPE safety standards
