This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity where you'll handle a variety of accounting tasks while collaborating with a team of professionals.
### About the Role
In this role, you'll manage key bookkeeping functions such as accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), payroll, and month-end closing. You'll also assist with other accounting needs as requested by clients. Experience in Governmental Accounting, particularly for NY, FL, or CA, is highly preferred.

You're a numbers whiz with an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving. Managing multiple accounts? No problem. You're decisive, independent, and thrive under pressure, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
#### What You Bring:
- 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
- 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Familiarity with Bill.com is a plus.
- 2+ years of governmental accounting experience (required).
- Experience in nonprofit accounting (required).
- Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, "whatever it takes" attitude.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

- Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience.
