Founding Operator - Client’s Marketplace
Our client is hiring a Founding Operator to join their rapidly growing marketplace connecting top companies with specialized recruiters. This role is critical to ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and recruiters, managing operations for a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll have full ownership of processes and collaborate closely with the entire team to drive success.
Role Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management: Seamlessly onboard hiring managers, ensuring they’re set up for success. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure services exceed expectations.
Recruiter Success Management: Help recruiters on the platform match with the best job searches, providing support to enable their success.
Marketplace Operations: Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, including payments, quality control, and recruiter applications. Continuously optimize operational processes.
Customer & Recruiter Support: Be the first point of contact for resolving customer and recruiter issues, handling inquiries both proactively and reactively via Slack and Intercom.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2-5 years of generalist operations experience at a high-growth B2B startup.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
Salary: $90k - $130k
