Responsibilities - Lead financial reporting initiatives that ensure timely, accurate, and insightful information for decision-making.
- Drive compliance and consistency in accounting practices to strengthen organizational integrity and transparency.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver quarterly SEC reports and audited standalone financial statements.
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations that influence business performance and growth.
- Champion process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or MBA preferred.
- Experience in public accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve complex issues.
