Chevy Chase Acura is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager who can streamline and enhance the customer experience from start to finish. As a Finance Manager, you will act as a expert guidance on selecting the best financing options to meet their needs. Chevy Chase Acura proudly holds the #1 New and Certified Acura dealership in Maryland for 2023, maintaining this honor for eight consecutive years! Responsibilities

• Handle desking, rate quotes, and completing paperwork to federal, state, and company standards.
• Develop and monitor guidelines for working with the customer to ensure top customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process
• Assist with overseeing and monitoring the performance and managing internet leads
• Coach and train sales staff on new and certified programs.
• Coach and train sales staff to enhance the development of skills and value-building of sales processes
• Coach and train the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and VSCs
• Coach and train the sales staff to maximize appointment ratio from internet leads.

• Knowledge or ability to quickly comprehend software for DMS, FI menu, CRM, and management tools
• Thoroughly understanding new and pre-owned CPO programs, Knowledge of computer systems and related programs, and being informed of all factory incentives and programs.
• Automotive Sales Management (2 yrs. + preferred) & Automotive F&I Management (2 yrs. + preferred)
• Understanding of compliance regulation
• Ability to understand and utilize incentive programs for Lease, retail, or cash
