Job Title: Finance Intern

Reports to: Treasury Manager

Duration: Summer 2025 (June-August), Monday-Friday during business hours.

Pay: This is a paid internship and the hourly wage will be discussed before interviewing.

Job Summary

The Finance Intern will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's finance department. This individual will need to be willing to learn and demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills to support the strategy and goals of the Finance department.

Essential Duties

• Assist with filing and maintaining records
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of all financial information
• Work collaboratively with the finance team to improve processes and create efficiencies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to work from and understand verbal and written instructions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow company policies and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on our department or company
• Strong self-starter attitude
• Ability to communicate in both the written and spoken language of English to a level that will allow the safe and effective performance of the job

Education and Experience

• Actively enrolled in a degree program focused on Business, Finance, Accounting, or a similar related program.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook experience desired

Physical Requirements

• Consistent walking, talking, hearing, sitting, standing, repetitive motions, movements requiring fine motors skills and visual acuity
• Occasional carrying, reaching, handling, grasping, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crawling, balancing, stooping
• Work is typically performed in an office environment though certain tasks/projects may occur outside or in a manufacturing environment
• Safety glasses, steel/composite toed shoes, and hearing protection when working in manufacturing environment
