We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Sr. Director, Manufacturing Finance and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Role and Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis - Assist in financial data analysis, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and budget variance analysis.

Accounts Payable/Receivable - Support accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in collections efforts.

Financial Reporting - Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Data Entry and Record Keeping - Maintain accurate financial records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Audit Support - Assist with audit preparations, including gathering necessary documentation and supporting audit inquiries.

Financial Systems - Gain exposure to financial software and systems, aiding in data entry and system maintenance.

Ad Hoc Project- Participate in special finance-related projects as assigned by the finance team.

Skills and Experience:

Must be a junior or senior graduating by Summer 2026

Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

This internship program is from June to August 2025
