Seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Fast Track Manager in Downers Grove, IL, US. The perfect candidate excels in dynamic settings. • Develop strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining new financial advisors within the Downers Grove branch
• Foster a team-oriented culture among staff members
• Coordinate and lead sales meetings effectively
• Identify and address any potential issues in a timely manner
• Support and drive the growth of the Downers Grove branch

Qualifications:

• Successful candidates will have a proven track record in sales management or hold a Master of Business Administration degree
• Proficiency in overseeing sales operations or a Master’s degree in Business Administration is a mandatory requirement
• Future acquisition of Securities Licenses (SIE, 6, and 63) is necessary for this position
• Consistently meeting performance targets is a prerequisite for maintaining eligibility for this role
