**Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO**

**Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year**

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO in our dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth operation of the company, handling a variety of strategic and tactical administrative tasks. Your ability to manage complex and confidential information with discretion will be essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients and stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain the executive office for optimal efficiency, including data and file management.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO's review and presentation.
- Attend meetings and events, providing assistance and support to the CEO as needed.
- Coordinate project timelines and deadlines, following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary documents or research in advance of meetings and work engagements.

**Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, with strong calendar management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A professional and resourceful demeanor, with the ability to work independently.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
