This role is perfect for someone passionate about event coordination and customer engagement. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from concept to completion. Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful execution. Handle vendor communications and maintain event timelines. Support onsite event setup, registration, and breakdown. Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics. Ensure smooth event operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Minimum requirements: * Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in event management software and tools.
