We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional events and on-site activations
Represent client brands professionally during live events and public engagements
Support event logistics, materials organization, and on-site operations
Interact with attendees to provide information and ensure a positive experience
Collaborate with team members to maintain event flow and operational standards
Ensure brand guidelines and presentation standards are consistently met
