Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales through effective communication and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
Qualify and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Conduct product presentations and explain the features, benefits, and value of our products/services.
Follow up with leads to schedule meetings, answer questions, and close sales.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with senior sales staff and managers to develop strategies for increasing sales.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Assist in administrative tasks related to the sales process, including preparing quotes and sales contracts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outgoing and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to build relationships and work well with people.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales industry.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
