Job Description
Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to kick-start a career in sales and develop core professional skills in a supportive environment. You will engage directly with clients, present product solutions, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Represent client products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute outreach strategies
Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
No prior sales experience required — training will be provided
