We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic event marketing team! This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in event promotion, client relations, and strategic marketing, all while working in a fast-paced and exciting industry. As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate , you’ll have the chance to support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and successful event execution, without focusing on digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Promotion amp; Coordination: Assist with the planning, organizing, and promotion of events to ensure maximum engagement and successful execution.
• Client Engagement: Support in creating and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring smooth communication throughout the planning process.
• Brand Representation: Help with brand management to ensure consistent messaging and representation at events, contributing to the success of promotional activities.
• On-Site Event Support: Provide on-the-ground support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.
• Marketing Material Preparation: Assist in preparing event-specific marketing presentations to help promote events and the firm’s services.
• Logistics Support: Manage event logistics, including ensuring event setups meet expectations.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
