Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with shoppers and visitors in retail locations to promote charity campaigns and encourage donations

• Support event planning, booth setup, and on-site campaign execution

• Provide excellent customer service and represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Assist with training and mentoring new team members as you develop leadership skills

• Contribute to team performance by tracking engagement and campaign results

• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales, donations, and outreach activities

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

• Ability to handle public-facing roles and multitask effectively

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales , or leadership is a plus, but not required
