Engage with shoppers and visitors in retail locations to promote charity campaigns and encourage donations
Support event planning, booth setup, and on-site campaign execution
Provide excellent customer service and represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
Assist with training and mentoring new team members as you develop leadership skills
Contribute to team performance by tracking engagement and campaign results
Maintain accurate and organized records of sales, donations, and outreach activities
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Ability to handle public-facing roles and multitask effectively
Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales , or leadership is a plus, but not required
