Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $58,000–$80,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Marketer on this team, you will create ideas and strategies to market our Live Event experiences that teach our life-changing principles with money, marriage, parenting, career, leadership and personal development.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• 3+ years of email marketing experience
• Experience developing email marketing campaign strategies.
• Comfortable with various Email Service Providers (like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot)
• Involvement in other marketing channels including social, content marketing or paid advertising.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Consult with stakeholders to develop an email strategy and comprehensive email campaigns.
• Pull and analyze data in Google Analytics
• Segment email list requirements and ensure emails are targeting the right audiences.
• Test campaigns, and adjusting strategy based on performance
• Track the progress of campaigns and report updates stakeholders during meetings.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, digital advertising to drive customer acquisition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, sales, designers and writers to create and launch upcoming events and promotions
