Job Description

We function at a high level in a very FAST paced environment. Salary plus bonuses/commissions/perks for those who make themselves irreplaceable. You must have a FAST computer and FAST internet and a FAST brain. This is a long term permanent job, in a FAST paced company. Did I mention we do everything FAST? The successful candidate will:

• Have experience sourcing in Canada and Mexico, ideally for nurses
• Be familiar with sourcing from various job boards and social media platforms
• Understand how to review a resume and quickly see potential red flags
• Have a track record of finding hard to find talent
• Have experience screening job seekers and ensuring they match an employer�s requirements
• Comfortable making high volume of calls
• Have a track record of filling dozens of positions
• Be comfortable typing on computer while on the phone
• Communicate clearly and work well with team members

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor�s degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce CRM
• MUST have STRONG critical thinking skills
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination.
• Great written and verbal English communication and phone presence
• Ability to commit to a day and evening schedule
• Fast learner and eager to be trained
• Well-versed in technology/gadgets and various messaging applications
• Work independently and take initiative
• Well-organized, obsessed with details
