Better Trucks is a leading last-mile parcel delivery company serving customers nationwide. We're expanding our residential delivery team and are on the lookout for dedicated drivers. We are one of America's fastest growing start-up parcel delivery companies.

Earn $75 to $150+ per route. Get paid same day.

What You'll Enjoy as Better Trucks SHIFT Driver:

• Make the most of your time: Most routes are scheduled to last between 4 and 6 hours. Finishing early means keeping the extra cash.
• Drive and roll your windows down: Delivering packages with Better Trucks means you have the potential to be yourself. As you hit the road, there are no passengers. Listen to music, your favorite audiobook, or even your favorite podcast.
• Same Day Payment for Route Completion: Routes are completed the same day. All failed deliveries are to be brought back to the hub at the end of your route and on the same day. No fails? You just head on home.
• Use your own vehicle to deliver packages for Better Trucks as a way of earning extra cash to move you closer to your goals or to simply earn extra cash for the holiday season.
• No CDL requirements : For this type of  Last Mile Delivery work, a CDL is not required. Car, minivan, cargo/sprinter van, SUV, pickup truck with a covered bed are all examples of accepted vehicle types.

How the Better Trucks SHIFT Program works:

• Sign up for route availability.
• Make deliveries.
• Get paid.

Requirements:

• Be 21 or older.
• Have a valid driver's license and social security number.
• Have a reliable vehicle: Most vehicles are accepted. Just no box trucks or larger.
• Have valid insurance coverage for your vehicle.
• Have a clean vehicle.
• Have an iPhone or Android smartphone.
• Undergo a background check.

Metro and Hub Information:

• Metro: Minneapolis, MN.
• Route pick-up and hub location: Saint Paul, MN 55114 (full address will be given at a later time).
• Delivery days: Monday - Saturday

Job Type:

• Self-employed / Independent Contractor

Note: All payments are made through ACH direct deposit electronic transfers. Processing time is dependent on the individuals bank and ACH policy.
