District Manager

Burritos Alinstante is growing and seeking a District Manager to support the COO in managing the operations our 6 NM locations on a daily basis. Travel is necessary only between Bernalillo County and Valencia County. Our staff are dedicated to providing high-quality customer service and work as a team in a fun and energetic environment! Our locations close by 2pm daily, which gives our employees flexibility and have work/life balance!

The District Manager will oversee staff work schedules to optimize labor productivity. Complete all necessary reports, contractor invoices, work orders, quotes, schedules, accounting records, etc. in a timely and accurate fashion. Review financials statement, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement and identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Support the coordination of operations, service, menu, restaurant environment, cleanliness standard, management development services style/systems, food safety and internal marketing initiatives at each location. Recruit, train, coach and mentor new and veteran employees to ensure customers have a consistent and positive experience.

Hourly rate will be commensurate with education and experience.

Physical Demands/Requirements: 

• Standing/sitting for long periods of time.
• Occasional light-to-moderate cleaning duties.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Reaching, bending, or kneeling.

Work Environment/Conditions: 

• Restaurant environment, including food preparation, heated equipment, and incoming/outgoing customers.
• Office environment, including incoming phone calls, and computer work.

Required Education and Experience: 

• A minimum of three years management experience in restaurant.
• General familiarity with accounting/financial principles required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management, business management or related field. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) strongly preferred, but not required.
