Title of Position: Director of LGBTQ+ Teen Services
Location: Forest Hills Community Center, Forest Hills, NY
Job Status: Full-Time
Hours: 35 hours per week / 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. with occasional night or weekend hours
Com pensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Queens Community House (QCH) is a multi-site, multi-service settlement house serving the diverse population of Queens. Through a broad network of programs and services, we support Children and Youth, Adults and Families, and Older Adults. About LGBTQ+ Youth Services at QCH:
QCH provides direct services and community outreach through our LGBTQ+ Youth Services division. Generation Q (Gen Q) is an LGBTQ+ drop-in program for youth ages 13-21, operating as a youth-led, youth-serving initiative in Forest Hills.
Our division also provides extensive training and outreach to support adults working with LGBTQ+ youth, including educators, nonprofit professionals, and community leaders. These efforts include:
Position: Director of LGBTQ+ Youth Services
We seek a passionate and experienced leader to oversee the LGBTQ+ Youth Services program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program development, community engagement, staff management, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ youth. The Director will ensure programs align with best practices, funding requirements, and emerging community needs while expanding the scale and impact of QCH’s LGBTQ+ Youth Services.
